For Technical Managers, HSQE Managers, DPAs, and Vetting Managers
Send one inspection PDF. Get a CAP board back.
Email us one SIRE or PSC inspection report. You get a structured corrective action board: findings, owners, due dates, evidence, and status.
Built for shore HSQE and Technical teams closing SIRE/PSC findings.
Close-out still lives in Excel and email.
The inspector leaves a SIRE or PSC report. The corrective action plan then sits in a spreadsheet and a mail thread. Names are typed once. The thread moves on. When someone ashore needs the current picture, they rebuild it.
- Owners are unclear once the original message is buried.
- Due dates slip, with no reminder tied to the finding.
- An oil major or a charterer asks for status, and the answer takes hours.
How it works
-
Email us a SIRE or PSC inspection PDF.
One report is enough. Anonymize the vessel if you prefer, and say so in the note.
-
Get a CAP board with owners and due dates within 48 hours.
Each finding is listed with a severity, an owner, and a due date your shore team can track.
-
Keep the board current as findings close.
Email us status updates or the evidence that closes an item, and we update the board for you. Each board is prepared by our team, AI-assisted with human review.
What you get
A board the shore team can work from when the next status request arrives.

What this is not
- No oil-major approval, and no compliance certification. The board is a close-out list.
- No full vetting suite, and no planned maintenance system.
- No pre-vetting. We do not score or screen a ship before an inspection.
- No onboard crew app.
- No noon-report or voyage-reporting tools.
Start with one report
We turn one anonymized SIRE or PSC report into a structured CAP board within 48 hours, free. If the board is useful, the next step is a paid 30-day pilot, credited against your subscription when you convert. Email the PDF. There is no account to create.

- Who owns the data?
- Your company owns the inspection report and the board prepared from it. We use the file only to build that board. We do not share it with oil majors, charterers, brokers, or other ship managers.
- Tankers, dry bulk, or both?
- SIRE reports are the tanker inspection. PSC reports are issued to tankers and to dry bulk ships. Send either one, and name the vessel type in the email.
- SIRE 2.0 and PSC?
- Both. A SIRE 2.0 inspection report and a port state control report are read as findings. Each one gets an owner, a due date, a place for evidence, and a status.
- Security and privacy
- The report is used to build your board, and for that work only. We delete the report on request. We never share it.
