Privacy notice (DRAFT)

Status: DRAFT — not for reliance until reviewed by counsel.

Bobook Limited ("we") operates closethecap.com and the CapBoard service.

Close-out report generator

When you use the free close-out report tool, the findings text you paste is sent to OpenAI (OpenAI Ireland Ltd / OpenAI, L.L.C.) to generate structured corrective actions. We configure the API so your content is not used to train OpenAI models. OpenAI may nevertheless retain abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default unless we obtain a zero-data-retention arrangement.

We do not intend to store the full text of what you paste on our Hetzner server after generation completes; only metadata (timestamp, finding count, report type, token counts, hashed IP) may be logged.

Email capture

If you provide a work email to download a report, we record the address, domain, consent choices, and timestamp. Newsletter opt-in is optional. Delivery and list storage are not yet connected to a third-party provider in this draft build.
